Fiona Milne's Stroke Cycle

The pictures below are of Fiona Milne, Canadian Lightweight World Champion.
The source is (with permission) from the FISA DVD of the Milan World Championships 2003.
There are 54 frames, each representing 0.033 seconds.
The stroke rate is 33.3, with the recovery taking 0.87s, and the drive 0.93 seconds. Do I hear cries of "ratio"? What nonsense!
The water level in the background gives us an indication of the hand heights throughout the stroke, and also the fore/aft pitch of the boat.
